Constructed with exposed portal frames made from recycled timer beams and features a mix of colorbond cladding, spotted gum and corten steel. The south side of the house is made from rammed earth, which is an excellent thermal mass to store heat in winter and provide cooling in summer.

Some features illustrated above include mezzanine bedroom, custom made spotted gum pivot doors, custom built kitchen with waterfall breakfast bench and custom made bathroom vanity from recycled timber. This home also features hydronic floor heating.
